American architect Rick Robertson is the Founder and Partner of Robertson Partners Architects, a firm dedicated to the design of historically derived architecture.

Robertson and his firm execute projects recognized for their historically inspired innovation and design excellence. Robertson Partners' portfolio ranges from elite estate residences in Bel Air and Beverly Hills to major master-planned towns in both Los Angeles and New York. Notable communities, such as Las Lomas (north of Los Angeles) and Setauket Village (near New York City), are celebrated as visionary benchmarks for 21st-Century planning and architecture. Las Lomas was prominently featured by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in its Urban Land Magazine in May 2003.

Robertson's dedication to architectural excellence has earned him significant acclaim, including the “Star of Design 2003,” a prestigious Los Angeles honor. Furthermore, a recent project was awarded the “Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres” (Knight of the Order of the Arts and Literature), France’s highest cultural distinction, whose past recipients include Picasso, Matisse, and Monet.

A certified architect in all fifty states and licensed in seven, Robertson has served as a Visiting Lecturer at UCLA as well as at Stanford University. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University. He is an active member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America.
