6. The surrounding neighborhood at Tower Circle follows the natural terrain of the mountainside location. The Mediterranean-inspired architecture, which is part of the heritage of Southern California, features restaurants and shops at the ground level and along the steps that are somewhat in the spirit of the Spanish Steps in Rome, with some office commercial and apartments and condominiums in the upper floors. The steps look back to the view of the San Fernando Valley over the fountain and the Tower Circle with the Angel Monument. Las Lomas Arch is at the top of the steps. Las Lomas Arch opens into the next neighborhood called Las Lomas Arch.
